it's Saturday.

and it's only 10 am in the morning.
i feel like i need more sleep.
i'm so going to suffer when school reopens.

when I push the curtains away,
and the sun had painted patterns on your face.
as you rolled onto my open arm

but I know that it's just a dream.

while you were struggling to sleep,
and I had to put you to sleep by,
